Gabber Eleganza started as a curated digital archive with quickly flourished into a multifaceted project with connections to art, fashion, music and culture.The aim of the project it to building up a bridge between the sonic landscape and aesthetic side of Hardcore and post-rave culture through printed publications, music, installations and live performances. Most notably, the now infamous Hakke Show which has been presented at Club2Club, Berghain, Hyperreality, Oval Space, CTM Festival & more. Capturing the brute, in-your-face sound of hardcore as well as the current wave of underground club and electronic music drawing inspiration from rave and gabber sounds.Gabber Eleganza is one of the most exciting DJs crossing rave genres effortlessly and with flair of technical skill and flawless natural ability. Also running his independent label Never Sleep has lead to curating shows at the world famous Berghain and playing at the best clubs / festivals around the world. Combining this with highly sought after book ‘Hardcore Soul’ and collaborating with Turner prize winner Mark Leckey and world renowned photographer Ewen Spencer. He recently designed his own collection with Alexander McQueen and made bespoke music for Isabel Marant catwalks.A one of a kind artist that stands above the crowd with integrity and style

HANGAREN:
Hangaren at Refshalevej 185 is an old hangar construction turned into a nightclub for electronic music and event space. Hangaren is located at a secluded green spot on Refshaleøen in central Copenhagen. We are here to present the city's vibrant electronic music scene. You will be treated with a heavy soundsystem by Funktion-One.
There is a cosy courtyard with chill-out possibility, a bonfire, big sky scenery from where you can watch the sunset, the stars and the sunrise. The bar serves organic beers, drinks at fair prices. Our main purpose is to serve as a platform and inspiration for the cultural scene in Copenhagen
