ActionHygge: Langbordsmiddag (Long table dinner)

Join us for 𝟲𝟬𝟬 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴! Expect local restaurateurs, fun food trucks and international super chefs.

We are turning Istedgade into a street food mecca where fast food and fine dining play alongside each other.
It will be a conceptual culinary extravaganza where we share a meal amongst locals and guests from far and wide. Glasses will be raised, food will be sizzling and wine will be flowing gently in the summer night. Expect to have your taste buds stimulated and your social bone tickled.
To offer a great diversity of tastes, the local restaurants of Istedgade - such as GAO Dumplins, La Neta or Sticks'N'Sushi - and the carefully curated food and drink suppliers will nurture the eclecticism of the experience.

Within the Long table dinner Distortion is hosting the concept 𝗧𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗳 - conceptualized by the Michelin starred chef Iñaki Aizpitarte and the legendary Flama Blanca aka DJ Superpitcher flying in from Paris for the occasion.
They will invite the local chef Anders Selmer from Fiskebar, and Tomás Bermúdez, the Mexican chef from La Docena.
Rosforth & Rosforth will be around for some fresh and natural wine.
Get ready for high temperatures from this mix!

Under Vesterbro Gadefest d. 2. juni er Distortion værter for den ultimative langbordsmiddag med mad fra både lokale restauratører, sjove foodtrucks og internationale superkokke.

Vi gør Istedgade til et street food-mekka, hvor fastfood og fine dining serveres side om side. Det bliver et konceptuelt kulinarisk ekstravaganza, hvor lokale og gæster fra nær og fjern samles, og deler et måltid. Glassene vil blive hevet, maden vil syde og vinen vil flyde blidt i sommeraftenen. Forvent at få stimuleret både dine smagsløg og din selskabsmuskel.

Langbordsmiddagen tilbyder en stor mangfoldighed af smag, hvor både de lokale restauranter og de omhyggeligt udvalgte mad- og drikkeleverandører disker op med varierende og velkomponerede retter.

Et af de spændende middagskoncepter er 𝗧𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗳 - konceptualiseret af Michelin-kokken Iñaki Aizpitarte og den legendariske DJ Superpitcher. De har inviteret den lokale kok Anders Selmer fra Fiskebaren, den mexicanske kok Tomás Bermúdez og vin connoisseurs Rosforth & Rosforth med ombord, så vi forventer tropiske temperaturer på Istedgade med dette mix af spændende aktører.
