Sam Loomes
Founder of label Year 22, Sam Loomes had previously been making music under the moniker Myten Om Diana and others before starting to release music under his own name.

Andreas Tofteberg
Andreas Buchhave Tofteberg's work is based on anthropology, mainly about the consequences of politics, portrayed with regard to individuals. Andreas is a composer, performance and sound artist whose expressions are primarily auditory.
On his 2021 debut release “A Glove Knitted With Human Hair”, paradoxical ontological phenomena, a Western control society in relation to, among other things, isolated island communities and lucrative organisations, are examined.
This practice is used to re-contextualize political conditions and necessities in individuals in order to illuminate concepts of consciousness, as well as mental disorders.

Pauline Hogstrand
Hailing from Piteå, the northeast of Sweden, Pauline Hogstrand is an eclectic viola player and composer. Hogstrand appears as an artist in various constellations; from Baroque ensembles and contemporary sceneries, to free improvising and composing new universes of sound. Her solo works implement composed structures in cyclic and extended forms for varied instrumentations ranging from strings, recorder, pipes, percussive instruments and synthesis, in electroacoustic and acoustic formats. Hogstrand’s music is rich within the use of harmonic and rhythmic texture in suggestive dynamic motions. Her compositions explore the inherent spectral properties of sound and their ability to transcend time and space, body and unitary. In 2020 Pauline Hogstrand released her debut album ‘The Enterer’ as a solo artist, in collaboration with the Copenhagen based labels No Technique and Forlaget Kornmod.
She is an active member within ensembles Damkapellet and Crush String Collective, and collaborates and performs with various artists in different artistic fields, including Astrid Sonne, Anders Lauge Meldgaard, Johan Carøe, Marie-Louise Andersson, Vincent Yuen Ruiz, Ignacio Córdoba, Søren Stenager, Nick Martin, and Pape Arce.

22/2/22 marks the release date of a new compilation "And in that moment, everything was aligned" from Copenhagen-based label Year 22.
All proceeds made from the sale of the compilation will go towards The Red Van, a volunteer run NGO with a straightforward approach to harm reduction for street-based sex workers.
