Jolene presents: Ikigai

IKIGAI is taking over Jolene for a Thursday night with its three founders and residents Ana Lōg, Cebrero and Colo.

The trio will make sure your feet won't be able to stop moving.

IKIGAI is a musical concept label based in Copenhagen that brings unique sounds from different places in the world. Characterised by minimal and micro house sounds, they focus on sound quality, a warm atmosphere and a unique crowd that brings a special vibe to the experience.

Cebrero is an Argentinian DJ and producer, having started his career in Buenos Aires in 2016. His music selection for his sets as well as his releases are characterised by minimal sounds with swinging drums and groovy bass lines.

Ana started her artistic career as a DJ in 2018 as a member of Sydney's Pecudet. When performing, she takes the crowd on a journey through groovy loops, trippy synths and unexpected rhythms, transitioning between the deepest flows of house music.

Colo started his music career first as a DJ/Producer and co-founding Sydney's Pecudet party series. His productions feature groovy beats and a fine and unpredictable mixing, taking the track to its maximum expression, while his sets are a trip through minimal tech, deep and micro house.
