Jolene presents: Sweat Collective

We’ve teamed up with SWEAT for the night, where James Lotion, Dgeral and Sparkly Pony will be turning the dancefloor into a space for self-exploration and emotional healing.

Their sets that are as much for the body as for the mind, will take you on a sweat-inducing journey of changing energies, wild selections and ecstatic melodies.

SWEAT is a DJ collective and club night for and by queer and trans* people. They aim to create safer and more diverse dance floors. Having started organising queer electronic nights at Warehouse9, Copenhagen in 2014, then hosting DIY raves in Malmø, SWEAT are dedicated to trying to bring back together the queer scene and underground electronic music

Lineup:

James Lotion (DK/NL)- They/Them the creator of genre-bending and eclectic speaker work-outs, they’re hosting a bi-monthly show Unravel on Retreat and are resident DJ at Ved Siden Af.

Dgeral (SE/VE)- They/Them having started as one of the first queer DJs within the electronic music scene in their native Caracas, now they’re always keeping busy curating events like Slut Rave and Miniteka.

Sparkly Pony (DE/SE) - He/Him queer techno lover, DJ and producer he loves to surprise and please his crowd by mixing dark, melancholic techno with groovy, stomping house tunes.
