We’re beyond proud to be able to present Kamma & Masalo at Cecil AM. Rarely do you see DJs complement each other as seamlessly as Kamma & Masalo. The Amsterdam duo trust each other implicitly behind the decks, sometimes selecting the same track without a word, other times pushing each other into deep, unexpected waters. Their sound bridges old school and new with euphoric energy, shaped by Amsterdam’s eclecticism and reverence for dance music pioneers.

On November 22th they’ll be joined by a B2B set by Kasper Bjørke and Prom Night.

◯ KAMMA & MASALO ◯
Starting with back-to-back sets and house parties in 2014, their 'Brighter Days' series evolved from living rooms to sold-out clubs, yet remains true to its DIY roots, celebrating community, sound, and stage design. Frequent collaborators with Rush Hour, they've worked with artists like Soichi Terada and Palms Trax, and released their own tracks, including the 2023 'Brighter Days' Rush Hour compilation.

Raised in Amsterdam East, Kamma & Masalo co-created the city's first high-fidelity sound bar, Doka. Their global presence spans festivals like Kala and Primavera, and venues like Womb and De School. Always giving back to the scene, they continue to build joyfully and sincerely through cultural exchanges and inspired curation.

Kasper Bjørke and Prom Night team up for an exciting B2B set - it’s always a pleasure to hear them playing B2B! Bjørke, known for his distinctive sound that spans from ambient to club tracks, brings his unmatched experience from playing at iconic venues worldwide. With collaborations featuring top artists, his sets are always full of depth and nuance. Prom Night, a staple of the Copenhagen club scene, complements this with his eclectic mix of disco, Italo house, and afro-house, delivering infectious grooves that light up underground spots and festivals alike.

Hosting duties upstairs belong to Andy Martin, a DJ we love having in the booth for his ability to push boundaries and challenge us. His style is refreshingly unpredictable, blending various genres seamlessly. He thrives on keeping the energy dynamic, never settling into one category, making each of his sets a unique journey for the audience.
