La Dolce Vita w/ Prins Thomas

La Dolce Vita is of course back in july and we’re super excited to announce yet another very sweet guest star! We’re joined by none other than Norway’s space disco royalty Prins Thomas.

PRINS THOMAS (NO)
Known for his “space disco” sound DJ and producer Prins Thomas is, in our humble opinion, one of the most exciting names that came out of the huge nu-disco wave in Norway. His ‘Prins Thomas Diskomiks’ remixes have almost become an institution in dance music and he has made world class-remixes for names like Pet Shop Boys, Lauer and LCD Soundsystem. Many of them have been in heavy rotation at Dolce parties!

Both as a dj and as a producer he blends elements of disco, house, and psychedelic music with a cosmic, otherworldly feel. His top nodge dj sets have brought him all over the world and his lasts dj sets in Copenhagen have all been world class! We’re very excited to present him at a smaller venue like Jolene and to hear his italo adjecent selection!

BOOGIE ROOKIE
Nothing new under the sun! La Dolce Vita godfather Boogie Rookie will still be baking his best pizzas, dancing his best moves and most importantly packing his favourite italo records. This night marks the beginning of his Dolce Vita summer tour, so expect him to be well prepare with new heat in the record bag!
