Lurendrejeren run a safer space policy to ensure happiness on the night.
The core values of safer space at Lurendrejeren are "No boxes, no bullshit" - meaning a non-judgemental space where everybody is equal. No matter who you are or what "status" you have you will be treated completely the same.
The original and more proactive term or ideology of rave culture PLUR - peace, love, unity, respect - can be dated back to the early nineties where dj Frankie Bones coined it - and can be compared to what most call safer space today. That also meant:
No racism, no sexism, no transphobia, no homophobia, no ageism, no ableism, no lookism and please don't assume pronouns.
If you experience anything of the above please reach out to the staff. If you are in doubt about a situation also reach out.
No picking in the door - first come, first served. Unless you have not heard about PLUR/safer space and are not sober enough to receive about it.
We are excited to see you there!
