Copenhagen and Malmö are connected via a bridge that every weekend brings scores of clubbers to either side of the strait. It’s the dual techno capital of the Nordic countries. On one of the many dance floors in the region, Danish DJ Ena Cosovic met her Swedish counterpart Josefine Hellström and a close friendship quickly blossomed. They soon realised that they spoke the same musical language, sharing a love for melodic and colourful dance music filled with passion and sincerity. Rough sounds, raw edges and unpolished beats - oh yes! But not without conveying real emotions.

Together they bring the heat with all the genres they love. Expect anything from jungle to house, booty bass and techno… and probably beyond!

Playing b2b at clubs in the nordics as well as after hour raves around the region came totally effortlessly for the duo. Ena and Josefine recognised that they complimented each other astonishingly well. The next step of producing together was a matter of course - it was as if the stars were aligned in their favour. In fact, the first EP from Ena and Josefine is called Pisces Moon and contains two dreamy yet fully dance floor oriented tracks colored by the duo’s shared fascination with astrology. The record is was released on John Osborne’s excellent DRED label in 2019, and quickly followed their second EP Saturn Retrograde, which was released on Night Tide in 2020. A milestone indeed but the horoscope is crystal clear on one point: this is just the beginning for this shining Cancer-Gemini alliance.
