This event is something truly special — let’s come together, give our best, and try to make a difference. We are honored to have all speakers, participants, and artists joining either voluntarily or for a minimal fee.
“It feels like we are being killed twice—first by the bombs, then by the silence” For nearly two years, P<lestinian life has endured horrors beyond what most can even try to imagine. Today, according to the Education Ministry in g<za nearly 97% of schools and universities lie damaged; the last functioning university has been destroyed. Thirty-six hospitals have been bombed, most health centers forced to close. More than 60,000 P<lestinians have been killed, including 18,500 children—almost half of all casualties, but according to independent researchers and experts the numbers are at least 100.000 deaths. Refugee camps and schools used as shelters have been deliberately targeted. Education now lies in rubble. Hospitals stand in ruins. Entire neighborhoods have been erased. Families are displaced again and again. And the world watches silently.
On the night, there will be an on-stage talk, moderated by journalist and filmmaker Nagieb Khaja, offering insight, truth, and firsthand stories from Salah Elyean P<lestinian from G<za and Bilal Issa from the diaspora in Denmark. Come to learn, to get informed, and to leave empowered—proud to speak out against those who break endless international laws and commit countless human rights violations.
