Techno Yoga Flow with Natasha

Join a techno yoga flow with Natasha featuring DJ Sven Rellek at Werkstatt 167 on Thursday the 11th of August!🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏽🧘🏼🧘🏾‍♀️🧘‍♂️ 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏽🧘🏼🧘🏾‍♀️🧘‍♂️

The class will be 1 hour and 15 minutes long followed by a DJ set by Sven Rellek until 22 so you can mingle and dance after treating and loving your body with some yoga flow! 🌀

The yoga will be for all levels and will be surrounding the theme: ‘Flowing Energy’! 🦋🌞

The class will include movements to connect the breath, body and the beat! Following a Vinyasa style flow, the body will move in a way that will be in tune with the music set. 🎶 The music style will flow energetically within the techno genre, with some tribal influences so we can release tension and create space for harmony to enter the body and the mind! 💛

The class will be held in English. Please bring your own mat.

The event will start at 17:30 giving you time to place your mat in your desired place. (We are hoping to have it outside, but we have the option to move it indoors in case of weather conditions!) 🌞🌻

IMPORTANT!!! It is highly recommended that you show up by 18 so you have time to set up your mat and can get into the yoga space together as a group. As much as yoga is an individual practice, the energy that will flow in this class together you will not want to miss!

Ticket price:
- Early Bird Ticket: 85kr + 9.50 fee (on sale until the 28th of July).
- Entrance from the 29th of July and at the door: 110kr + 9.50 fee.
