Sangeren og multiinstrumentalisten Larie er en af de fremmeste ​​eksponenter for den nye brasilianske samtidsmusik.
Rolling Stone rammer hovedet på sømmet, når de kalder Larie et pop-kærtegn. Larie er en musiker, der blander brasilianske poprytmer, elektronisk musik og mere eksperimenterende kompositioner. Til Copenhagen Jazz Festival vender Larie tilbage og omfavner Union med sit eget intime soloprojekt.
Koncerten præsenteres i samarbejde med Portugals Ambassade og Instituto Camões.

Singer and multi-instrumentalist Larie is one of the foremost exponents of new Brazilian contemporary music.
Rolling Stone is right when they call Larie a "pop caress". Larie is a musician who mixes Brazilian pop rhythms, electronic music and more experimental compositions. With over 4 million plays on Spotify, their album "Voa" (2016) has been a springboard to an international career. Larie has been compared to eminent songwriters such as Bon Iver and Camille and has performed in 22 countries. They visited Union at last year's Vinterjazz in the company of Portuguese Fado Bicha. At the Copenhagen Jazz Festival, Larie returns and embraces Union with his own intimate solo project.
Larie is presented in collaboration with The Embassy of Portugal and Instituto Camões.
