BABY IN VAIN
Copenhagen trio Baby In Vain released their instinctive album “See Through” (Escho) in 2022: a sonic taxonomy of resistance and vulnerability. Their sound is at times upfront and confrontational, emphatic and big. At other times it is internal and contained, crystalline, shy and pretty, leading with fine dynamics, or filled with the faraway choral warmth of girl-group gang vocals, writing music about self-image, love and lust, risk-taking, abandonment and society.

BROTHER MAY
Songwriter, producer and MC Brother May is a creative force making lopsided leftfield rap, sculpting spontaneous ideas into new and innovative forms through music and sound that’s based upon ideals of freedom and expressivity. He has a live presence that’s not to be missed!
Brother May is a founder of the CURL Collective alongside Mica Levi and Coby Sey. He has worked with a varied cast of sonic pioneers, including Joe Goddard of Hot Chip, Matthew Herbert, Ben Vince, Kwes, Moor Mother, Tirzah and Kate Tempest while supporting visionary artists such as Ryuichi Sakomoto, Arca, Charles Hayward and Mount Kimbie.

FRANCESCA BURATTELLI
Francesca Buratteli’s most recent release “Battle Fatique” (Anyines) stands as an honest and virtuoso statement on the battle of love and life. With Burattelli’s roots in a catholic culture, the 'archetype of suffering' is always under the surface of the music, showing through the aesthetics of drama: romanticizing resilience, purity, the grandeur of pain and its spiritual and physical release.
This trait is prominent in the traditional South Italian music, being a strong influence to Burattelli’s artistic practice and placing her as one of the most intriguing artists and vocalists to follow from the Danish music scene.

SLIM0
SLIM0 is a Copenhagen based quartet, renown for their enchanting and vivid live performances. The works of SLIM0 runs the whole gamut of emotions and encompasses the ambiguity of being alive in time: Beauty and Chaos curiously combined in orchestral compositions with uncompromising storytelling, heavy beats, catchy riffs and celestial four-part harmonies.
