A.MAIAH
A.Maiah is the artist name of Asier Pérez Basterra (Basque Country, 1976) Guitarist involved in the basque scene since the late 90s, not only as a musician but also as d.i.y. promoter and editor, Asier has played in post-punk and noise-rock bands for over twenty years.
In 2015 Asier started to develop a solo work that has transited so far between an industrialesque layering of noise and idiomatic compositions of twilight guitar instrumentals to strict free improvisation with prepared guitar and electro-acoustic music based on the sampling of field recordings.
In the last years he has taken part in the directed improvisation ensemble Eraeran (with recently passed Miguel A. García "Xedh") and has stablished collaborations with musicians from the basque improvisation music scene. In 2022 he wrote the original soundtrack for the documentary film “Durangas” by film maker Rakel Calvo.
In 2024 he participated in Meakusma Festival in Eupen (BE) with Marruska Ensemble, a project established to play the music from the album “F(r)icciones” with musicians Garazi Navas (Accordion) and Andoni Penela (Clarinet).
Through the years A.Maiah has played in Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy and Great Britain.

ADOMAS PALEKAS
Between (in)organics, electrolysis and astable vibrations, to question the material boundaries of electronics. Water/Electronics is a combination of multitude of recently developed instruments and sonorities. The performance focuses on water as a poetic, physical and perceptual element of liveliness, exploring it within electronic sound culture, from the perspectives of water enabled electronic circuitry, to field recordings and fluid synthesis models.
Adomas Palekas (Vilnius/Den Haag) is a sound and bio artist, engineer working at the intersection of the non-human and art. His current research focus is on circuits of extended phenotype – sound practice that invites biotic, abiotic worlds to enact together in the process of sounding. With interfaces and instruments of extended phenotype, Adomas sonically investigates complex non-human worlds beyond our sensory perception: microbial metabolism and growth, (in)organic matter or chemical reactions, all of which become the primary compositional forces in his emergent sound works. His approach combines design of musical instruments and environmental sensing interfaces, microbial research, attention to site and non-human ears, field recordings, sonification mapping, electroacoustic composition and other mediums.

GINTĖ PREISAITĖ
Electro-acoustic composer and multi-instrumentalist Gintė Preisaitė a.k.a Baraboro's second album Spring Mass, was released on 1st of March, 2024. Spring Mass is a series of electro-acoustic reflections on the ritualistic, liminal qualities of spring as a threshold between darker and lighter times. Through dreamy ambiances and persistent repetitive musical figures, Gintė unfolds the spiritual connection to the seasons changing, creating purifying sonic-scapes that, in the spirit of the mass, let us lament and mourn, whilst also providing a space for hope.
Gintė Preisaitė aka. Baraboro works with piano, electronics, composition and improvisation. With a background in classical training, Gintė has moved further into the realm of electronics, noise, improvisation & jazz, and has played in a ton of different constellations over the last years. The album is her second album release, having previously released Coatlicue’s Dreams on the label No Technique in 2021 and self released improvised trio Treen album Baob_ in 2024 .
She works with preparations of acoustic instruments as well as electronics and tape, bridging her classical background with more contemporary sonic explorations. Through a variety of timbres, textures, collaged melodies and percussive figures she is interested in transcending the sound of acoustic instruments and classical compositions into a new space.
